    Agave low wines are the product of a first distillation of fermented 100% blue agave juice, typically around 24% ABV. They provide Australian distillers with a cost-effective, flavour-rich base for creating premium agave spirits through redistillation.
  • Where do your agave low wines come from?
    Our agave low wines are sourced from reputable Mexican distilleries, using 100% blue weber agave. We partner with producers who maintain high quality and consistency, ensuring a reliable supply for Australian distillers.
  • Why use low wines instead of importing finished spirits?
    By using agave low wines, you can: Utilise the current $350,000 excise remission scheme ($400,000 from 2026) Control flavour and distillation style Launch uniquely Australian agave spirits Avoid higher import duties on bottled spirits Reduce labour and production costs Increase speed to market in a category moving through significant growth
  • What licenses do I need?
    To purchase and use our product: You must have an Australian Manufacturer’s Licence from the ATO. A bonded storage facility is recommended to defer excise tax until your final product is bottled and sold.
  • Can I buy small or trial volumes?
    Absolutely. We offer small-volume pilot quantities for R&D and trials, alongside full IBC shipments for commercial production. Just let us know what you need.
  • How is the product packaged and shipped?
    Shipped in food-grade 200L barrels and IBCs (1000L) Delivered under bond to your licensed premises Average lead time: 6–10 weeks
  • What support do you offer?

  • How long does delivery take?
    We may hold limited excess stock from time to time; however, due to strong demand, we recommend planning for longer lead times to ensure availability. Once your order is confirmed, shipping and clearance generally take 6–10 weeks depending on port congestion and customs.
  • Can I call my product tequila or mezcal?
    No — these are legally protected by the Mexican government. However, you can proudly market your product as an Australian Agave Spirit, which is rapidly gaining global recognition as a premium, terroir-driven category.
  • Do you offer contract distilling services?
    We offer a full end-to-end contract distilling service specifically tailored for agave spirits. Our comprehensive services cover every stage of the production process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our clients through to finally delivery of a your bottled product.
