Golden Days Agave is an Australian-based importer and distributor of premium agave products, with a core focus on providing premium agave for distillation, connecting local distilleries with high-quality spirit-ready agave direct from Mexico.
Our mission is simple: make it easier for Australian spirit makers to craft agave spirits. Fermenting raw 100% Blue Agave Syrup does not hold up to traditional flavour profiles.
We source directly from established producers in Jalisco, Mexico so you can focus on what you do best: creating exceptional spirits.
